- Please contact us immediately if you require a larger site, and we will contact you with availability and price.
- All sites are marked out by GPS prior to the Event and exact measurements of all equipment to be placed on your
site must be considered when booking your site including length of tow bars on trailers.
- No component of your stall must exceed the dimensions of the bare site booked or encroach on the adjacent site.
- Vendors not complying will not be permitted to trade.
- Space in Orewa Domain is EXTREMLY limited and therefore compliance to the above is absolutely necessary.

- Electric power will be available to some sites at an additional cost. All electrical appliances/cables must have current test tags. All exhibitors must be compliant with all requirements and pass inspection by our Safety Officer before being able to connect to any power source on site. All exhibitors wishing to connect to power source must supply their own 30m extension cord (with tags) per 10amp connection. Power is supplied at 10 amps per connection via extension cord (appliances connected to each extension cord must NOT exceed 10 amps).
- Our Health and Safety Offcer will be onsite to discuss health & safety issues at this Event and to identify any hazards at
your site. All Trade Exhibitors will be required to fill in and sign the Health & Safety form which will be sent to you once full payment has been received. These forms must be returned 60days prior to the Event.
- Booking Fee. A single Booking Fee of $45 is payable with each booking made.
