All Trade Stalls must be completely set up no later than 1pm on Friday 6th March 2020.
All Trade Stalls must operate for the entire two days of the event.
All sites must be vacated after the event closes in the Orewa Domain at 4pm on Sunday 8th March 2020. Sites cannot be vacated prior to before 4pm Sunday 8th March 2020 and must be completely cleared no later than 11am Monday 9th March 2020.
All fees must be paid in full 90 days prior to event. Any unpaid fees will result in your site being cancelled.
Limited camping is permitted in the Domain for Registered Food Stall Holders and written permission from the Event Promoter must be obtained at least 90 days prior to the event.
Security will be operating each night, but the Event Promoters takes no responsibility for loss or damage to property.
Site sharing is not permitted without the written permission of the Event Promoters.
Each site will be provided with 2 Trade Ticket Passes for each day. Additional tickets available on request.
The Event Promoter reserves the sole right of acceptance and placement of your stall.
The Event Promoter may bar the promotion or sale of any commodity or service if there is any conflict of interest to that of a major Sponsor.
Should the Event be closed due to inclement weather the “Rain Date” will be Sat 27th and Sun 28th March 2021.
Cancellation Policy -there are no refunds for any reason after any Application has been accepted except where required by NZ Law.
Trade Stall operators assume full responsibility for death, injury or property theft or damage.
No dogs (apart from authorised support dogs) or animals of any kind are permitted in Orewa Domain or Orewa Beach at any time (CAA Regulations).
Other Terms and Conditions, primarily related to Public Safety, but not limited to and may change without prior notice by the Event Promoter.
